PLEASE READ before moving forward

So you want a custom piece of art? Great! Here are some things to note before moving forward:

 

Commissions I would love to accept

  • You LOVE my work and my style, but you'd like a piece with different colors or a different size.

  • You LOVE my "location scenes" but would love a piece done with your location as the subject (a home, a town, building etc...)

  • You LOVE my mixed media work but want some of your own words/phrases or music added to the background.

Commissions that are not for me

  • I will not duplicate one of my past original works exactly, though I can rely heavily on it for inspiration for your painting.

  • I will not copy another persons artwork or try to mimic the style of another artists work you enjoy.

The Process

How it works

  • Pay initial deposit of $100 to secure your spot (this deposit will go toward shipping charges at the end of the project)

  • Schedule phone conversation to discuss your project. What I need from you in that conversation.

    • Size

    • A list of at least 1-2 paintings of mine you really like (just so I know what drew you to my work)

    • Your painting idea and supporting materials if needed (i.e. reference photo, colors, details you want included )

  • Pay initial 50% balance of your total project.

  • I deliver a quick sketch of the composition of your piece/ color pallet for your approval.

  • I create your piece.

  • Once I deliver an image of the final project for your review/approval. At this time you can give me any small changes you think the piece needs. 

  • You pay final invoice of the remaining 50%, plus any additional shipping charges above the $100 deposit.

  • I ship your piece to you.
